Terms and Conditions
Booking a break a holiday with us is very simply and pain free! The caravan is available from 2pm on the day you arrive. You can turn up prior to this if you wish and use the parks facilities before coming to the caravan.
Payment for your holiday - If your booking is more than 60 days in advance of arrival you will be required to pay a £200 deposit to secure your dates. The balance must be paid and cleared by 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the booking date is less than 60 days before arrival dates then you will be required to pay the full amount within 24 hours of booking being confirmed by us to secure.
We do also allow customers to pay monthly payments to spread the cost of your holiday but this also will have to be paid completely prior to the 60 days before your holiday. For two weeks holidays the deposit will be £300.
Security Deposit - a £75 refundable deposit will be added to your final invoice and must also be paid 60 days prior to your holiday booking dates. This is fully refundable once the caravan has been checked after your departure. All we ask is the caravan is left in the state you found it please. Clean and tidy, rubbish removed, washing up done and put away. Any breakages or damages, stains or other issues not present before your arrival will also result in a loss of your deposit. Once this is confirmed we will send you the £75 security deposit within 5 working days of departure.
Cancellation - Please note any deposits are non-refundable should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason. We advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover any situation that could prevent you being able to complete your booking. Any bookings cancelled within the 60 day period prior to arrival date will be charged the full amount of the holiday. Should we need to cancel the holiday for any reason you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid.
Arrival on site - Your holiday home will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival (early check in can be arranged for an additional charge) - you are welcome to arrive before 2pm and use the parks facilities and then proceed to the holiday home from 2pm onwards. Don't worry if you are running late or delayed by traffic - there is a key box which will allow you to access the caravan any time after 2pm.
What you need to bring - Pillows, Duvets, Linen, Duvet Covers, Bottom Sheets, Pillow Cases (unless you have hired this from us as an additional charge on the booking form) - Towels, Tea Towels, Washing up materials, Toiletries and personal effects. Please note - Linen must be used for hygiene reasons. Mattress protectors are fitted and must not be removed.
Smoking - Our caravan is strictly non smoking. You may smoke on either the front balcony, side balcony or in the garden. Please dispose of any cigarette waste you create. Any evidence of smoking in the caravan will result in the loss of your security deposit and a further deep cleaning charge of £75 to be paid.
Entertainment Passes - Please note Complex Passes are not included in your holiday price. The can be purchased from Haven Reception upon arrival or at any time during your stay on park.
Pets - Please be aware we do not allow any pets to visit the caravan with you on your holiday. Any holidaymakers found to have pets in the caravan will be asked to leave immediately and their holiday cost will not be refunded. We cannot guarantee pets have not been in the caravan so please note this if you have any pet allergies.
Day of departure - The caravan must be vacated by 10am the day of departure. Please ensure you remove all rubbish, put away washing up and leave the caravan in the condition you found it upon arrival. The holiday home will be inspected at the end of your holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. Please lock the caravan on departure and put the key back into the outside keybox and lock it please.
Bad Behaviour - We or the Haven park staff reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation should any guests unreasonable behaviour impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.
Unauthorised guests / visitors - The only people allowed entry to the caravan and park for your holiday must be named on the booking form. Failiure to adhere to this is in strict breach of Havens rules and our terms and conditions. Any guest found breaching this rule may be asked to leave or risk their security deposit not being returned after you leave.
Price Guarantee - We guarantee the cost of your holiday will be as agreed on the booking form sent to you.
Holiday Home - The regulations for all UK Holidays homes state they are not allowed to sleep more people than the number of beds including the sofa bed in the lounge. Our caravan has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge so the maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only the named people on the booking form are permitted to occupy the caravan and use the parks facilities. If this rule is found to be abused your holiday will be terminated without compensation. Infants no matter what age count as a 'bed user' in the sleeping capacity and are part of the maximum number of people allowed to stay.
Park Regulations - Haven does not allow bookings for same sex (all girl or all men) under the age of 21. This covers Stag and Hen parties also.
Park Security - Haven park security have the right to check any person in the park and ask to see ID, proof of holiday stay or Park Passes. Park Passes available from reception at an additional charge and give you access to complex facilities.
How to book a holiday with us - Please contact us via email at with your holiday request or use the BOOKING FORM PAGE to enter a more detailed holiday date request. You can also call us on 07368 969411. Please leave a message if we do not answer and we will call you back. Once dates are agreed in writing to you via email or post we required a £200 deposit to secure dates within 24 hours of booking. We will advise how to make this payment on your booking form. Balance of holiday plus refundable security deposit of £75 must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival date.
Personal Liability - We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to property whilst in the caravan or park. We recommend all customers take out holiday insurance to cover all members of the party whilst stating on site with us.
